Is the Activation code stored in (your) MyKaspersky account - look in the Subscriptions Tab? READ: How to recover a lost activation code via My Kaspersky?

Do (you) have the *original* invoice / order email with the Activation code? 

READ: What to do if you cannot find an activation code.

Thank you. but that's what I got.

BTW I didn't change anything on my PC, and I'm using the same one that Kaspersky was installed on before. And I have the code that I got to activate the Kaspersky.

Thank you for the information!

1. Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service  - they have access to (your) private information & can assist - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, on the support page, select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history*, include the email address (you) use for (your) MyKaspersky account & the Activation code. 
2. *Also - IF using Chat - ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript *before* ending the chat - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*
