• Kaspersky Total Security is Kaspersky's old software, it's been replaced by Kaspersky Plus - read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T.
• Unfortunately - Kaspersky does not offer payment online via cryptocurrency.  
• IF (you're) buying online  from a Kaspersky website / the payment options are offered according to the region / location (you) live in OR go to a merchant who sells Kaspersky in boxed versions & that merchant also uses cryptocurrency.
