I didn't get no security activation code they only made me verify my email.

I purchased the Kaspersky mobile anti virus app lock and web security on Google play for 19.99 a year. My subscription says active on Google play store. But when I log on to the app it's telling me to purchase subscription and also telling me for an activation code of I purchased from a third party vendor. I didn't get no security activation code they only made me verify my email. I have my receipt that i purchased the subscription for the app. How do I activate my subscription.

Welcome!

  1. It’s not possible to activate a subscription without an activation code. 
  2. Have you logged into your MyKaspersky account from the KIS application installed on the phone
  3. Have you contacted the merchant you purchased the subscription from? 
  4. Normally, the e-mail message with the activation code is delivered within an hour. If you did not receive the message, check your Spam or Junk email folders in case it was moved automatically there by mistake. 

Especially: What information to provide, before contacting the seller, please make sure you have the following information at hand:

  • The date of the purchase
  • Your full name
  • The e-mail address that you have used for the purchase
  • Order number from the confirmation e-mail

I purchased from Google play and Google states to contact kaspersky.ni checked all emails spam deleted important etc etc. But didn't come up with no Activation code. So now I have contact Google and get a refund. I have my receipt from Google play. And why does google have to send me the activation code. I didn't purchase Google. I purchased Kaspersky. And looking at all the posts I see alot posts and customers having the same issue. Can I get a refund

  1. We're sorry, maybe we misunderstood, when you wrote  "....  I purchased from a third party vendor."
  2. Yes, please follow the How to request a refund for a Kaspersky application, contact Kaspersky Technical Support (not Google), fill in the Order & payment issues, How to request a refund template. In the request details, include:
  • The date of the purchase.
  • Your full name.
  • The e-mail address that you used for the purchase.
  • Screen print of the payment thru your bank account.
  • Details of the problem.
