I can't reactive my product after formatting PC

Hi,

I had purchased a 3 year subscription for Kespersky Internet security a year ago but I had to format my PC today. Now whenever I try to enter the activation code. I get an error message that the product key is for a different version of kespersky anti virus. I have tried Kespersky Internet, Total security, Premium version but still the same error is appearing. I know for sure my product code is still active. Anyone knows a solution for this ? Thank you.

Log in to your My Kaspersky account and check that your license appears in the "Subscriptions" tab within the portal

 

If it is showing, download the corresponding version you want
