Hi, I had purchased a 3 year subscription for Kespersky Internet security a year ago but I had to format my PC today. Now whenever I try to enter the activation code. I get an error message that the product key is for a different version of kespersky anti virus. I have tried Kespersky Internet, Total security, Premium version but still the same error is appearing. I know for sure my product code is still active. Anyone knows a solution for this ? Thank you.
