I can't edit policies

Good morning,

I'm using Kaspersky Security Center 13,

when I went to access Policies when I clicked to edit I noticed that the Police properties are no longer appearing and it is only in the endpoint security policy for Windows.

in the other police when I enter the properties I can change.

Is there any configuration to reappear the properties of the police?

Hello dancavalcant,

this sounds like an issue with the Plugin. Please try to uninstall it and re install it again.

You can find the uninstall string in the Registry of the Server where you installed KSC. Or do you have only the Console on your Device and use it for connect to KSC Server?

Good afternoon ,
The problem was the plugin itself, I uninstalled the 12.1 plugin in the KSC, and installed the 11.6 version and the policy properties returned.
