I can't click confirm on any prompt.

Whether trying to move forward on a website, or change settings, or pause protection.  Anytime the little prompt pops up asking me to confirm it won't let me click confirm.  It will only let me exit out.

Can you try to update to 21.14?

Still won't let me.  I cant even uninstall Kaspersky.  If I got to add remove programs it shows the kaspersky prompt that says are you sure and I can neither click ok nor cancel.  The only thing I can do is hit the x in the corner to exit the prompts.  It's taken my OS hostage.

Hot dog, that was it.  Is there anyway to bypass that for when I need to access those things and I'm an hour away?

Go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Self Defense Settings, and try enabling 2nd setting, as showed here:
