I have to followed the instruction how to cancel the automatic renewal payment. But still can't and it shows me theres an error, and should try again. I sent email to Customer Service but theres no reply until now.😟

  1. When the email was sent to Customer Service did they send a case number - it's *similar* to INC000012345678? IF the answer is 'yes' Kaspersky have (your) case in their system & will contact (you) is due course, please patiently wait, Kaspersky will assist to cancel auto-renewal. Please read: How to cancel auto-renewal?
  2. IF (you) don't have an incident reference number - the case has not been submitted correctly & must be resubmitted
