Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

I see that warning of Databases are out of date was on 08/10/2024, but today 10/10/2024 and no more warnings...

Check Your current databases date going here:

By any chance you won't be in the USA?

No, I am from Indonesia, I already try to install many antivirus programs for example AVAST, AVG, MalwareByte and also Kaspersky but it is same result, I feel my google account is compromised, I already change password, change phone number, change device and even change email address this situation always happen, I feel somebody slowly try to modified my phone and laptop security setting remotely. the symptoms is I cannot update my antivirus database, I always enter password two times, when I check device position always inform that some device connected, etc.

I feel desperate and need help.

Hum 🤔 I don't think that supposed Google account compromised has nothing to do with the K. update issue.

Can You post a new capture of the current databases of Your Kaspersky, as I explained in my 1st post?.

To discard possible infections, download AdwCleaner tool:

https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner

Run a scan, and paste here the log of the result.

Also, change Your Google account password, and enable this:
