I cannot have access to my phone´s son

Hi everyone!

My son's cell phone deconfigured the network, so I need to restart the network, but safe kids prevents access.

What to do? I can't log in to the application since it has no network?

  1. Please log a request with Kaspersky Support, on the support page select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; include screen images or a video of the issue & a detailed history; Support may need logs, traces & other data, they will guide you. 
  2. If you do log the issue with Support, please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
