I CANNOT ACTIVATE THE LICENSE ON SOME CLIENTS

Hi I upgraded kaspersky secutity center from version 11 to 12. Everything went fine, I installed agent and endpoint on all clients. on some I was able to activate the license while on others while sending it from the security center it fails to activate it and consequently does not allow me to update the virus database. I also tried to activate the license from the client itself by inserting the key but at first it tells me that it has activated it but if I check it does not register it and always asks me to renew it, the 5 clients out of 15 are all windows 10. thanks for the 'Help

15 client windows 10 build 19041, only 5 do not accept the license.

The installed license is Kasp. Endpoint security cloud plus 1years nfr license

agent network installed 12.2.0.4376 --- endpoint installed 11.6.0.394 both on adm.server and on all 15 clients

The 5 clients have security reporting disabled - databases are out of date
