I cannot activate Kaspersky subscription after format

I bought the Kaspersky Standard Anti-Virus package and it expires in 2025. I formatted it today but I can't activate it, it says there is no Kaspersky subscription on this account. I enter the correct mail, when I enter the activation code it says it can only be used on 1 device. I remove the devices from the web, same error again. can you help?
