I think I accidentally blocked access to the internet.
I tried to solve the problem using your instructions, but it didn't work.
I'm using Win11, and Kaspersky Standard 21.19.7.527 (b).
I don't have the klscflag.exe program on my computer.
Please help

Also, how did You accidentally block access to the internet? Using any Kaspersky feature or?

please try restore kaspersky settings to default. than reboot your windows os. any better?

if not, try run each of below commands one by one, using Command prompt(or Powershell, or windows terminal) with administrative privileges. Press ENTER to execute the command than type the next one.

netsh winsock reset 
netsh int ip reset all 
netsh winhttp reset proxy 
ipconfig /flushdns

after that reboot your os.

any better?
