I just bought my premium subscription and I didn't check that it was only for one device.  How can I upgrade my subscription?  Can I cancel my new subscription?

Welcome!

It's not possible to modify an existing subscription, however, it is possible to cancel a subscription & start again, to do so please contact Kaspersky Customer Service -> they have access to (your) private information, on the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select either Chat or Email, then fill in: Order & Payment issues, How to expand license/change product? template. 

Make sure you have:

  1. The email address (you) used for the purchase. 
  2. The Invoice & or Order number. 
  3. The License key that was sent to (your) MyKaspersky account. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
