Read before you create a new topic! - by Danila T. Which OS - Windows or MAC? Which KIS version & patch(x)? Which certificate error: Messages "Certificate verification problem detected" and "Cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which encrypted connection is established" when trying to open a website & or Website certificate problem detected by Kaspersky applications for Mac or maybe it's another 'certificates are incorrect' error? IF KIS is generating 'certificates are incorrect' errors, there's a reason, the goal is to work out the root cause - look in KIS Reports - are there any 'certificates are incorrect' errors - post screen-prints - we need to see what you see please?
