Hi there, Product: (trial) Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus Objects which are deemed malicious are being automatically deleted (as seen in screenshot below). The problem is, not all of these objects are malicious. How do I stop Kaspersky from doing this? Is it possible to rather place these objects into quarantine where I can choose what to do with them? Many thanks, Michelle

Hi Nikolay, thank you for your reply. The problem is I only find out about this AFTER Kasperskey has deleted the file. I simply want to ensure Kasperky rather quarantines objects than automatically deletes them. Is there a way to do this?

Hi, in case it is useful to anyone else: Kasperkey doesn't actually delete the files. Follow these steps when you see a file as been "deleted"
  1. Go to Quarantine
  2. Quarantine > Restore File
  3. Go to Go to and RESTORE file (or delete it if you don't want it)
  4. Then make sure Kasperky doesn't put this file into quarantine again by adding it to the exclusions list (second screenshot below)

Hi, Kasperkey never delete the files detected, first, always sent to quarantine (for security). In quarantine you can delete or restore. Regards
