How to set My local Time Zone

Where do I find and set my time zone so I know when a new day starts and my child's time limit on usage starts to count

Welcome! 

1. Time-zone is defined by region, in (your) MyKaspersky account -> Account settings, when (you) first setup (your) MyKaspersky account, there's no separate configuration for Time-zone for a child account - all child accounts are controlled by the parent account. 
2. KSK clock is based on 24hr clock - same as in real-life, a *new-day* begins when the clock reaches 00:00:00.
