How to set Kaserpsky Standard to ask me before deleting an infected or suspcious file?

This is driving me insane, the rate of false positives has been rather high lately.

I want to set Kaspersky to ask me before doing anything, allowing me to exclude the file or report as safe.

I checked the settings, but I couldn't find any option to do that.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

You have to disable the 1st 2 options here, to enable Interactive Mode:

Actually, it turns out that this is not really the solution I was looking for.

If you disable "Perform recommended actions automatically", it now asks to confirm almost EVERY SINGLE THING.

It becomes EXTREMELY annoying to the point I got pissed off, and completely closed Kasersky altogether!

What I want it is to behave normally, and ONLY ask me if there's an actual threat or infection, not for every little thing.

If I can't find a solution for this, I definitely won't renew my license going forward. I'll try to reach out to the support directly, but I don't have hope. This is terrible design.

Yes, that's the problem with FireWall in Interactive.

I will prompt for every unknown or service in any of the restriction groups. You can change rules and set to allow in Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications

It's not realistic to manually configure every single application. This behavior is frankly idiotic; there should be a hybrid solution which allows safe applications to function normally, while only requiring user confirmation when a serious issue arises.

That being said, thanks again for trying to help.

This is how K. works actually, with all the apps in Trusted group You won't get any warning / prompt.
