Each time we power up our iPhone, we the anti-phishing setting is always set to off. How can we ensure that this setting on our phone is retained between between power ups?

Hello @racebannon38

Welcome!

  1. Is the VPN in the device settings ON?

The documentation states:

  • The Anti-Phishing feature uses VPN technology. When you turn on Anti-Phishing you need to allow the app to set up a VPN configuration. If you turn off VPN in the device settings, Anti-Phishing will stop working.
  • When you turn on Anti-Phishing, the VPN icon appears in the status bar, however, it doesn’t mean that VPN is on. To turn on VPN, follow: Turning on VPN.

Please let us know?

Thank you?

Welcome.

The Anti-Phishing as well as the VPN option can by design not be retained between power ups.
Both options are remaining active during the iPhone sleep mode.

Additionally :
The Kaspersky Anti-Phishing protection on iPhone & iPad (iOS) is functioning without VPN connection
