How To Remove Windows Backup?

I finally found what has been making my computer fans run when idle.

This SON OF A BTCH right here.

Yup that's the app history, showing microsoft stealing every single bit of data off my computer, without my permission.

I can't find where "Windows Backup" is anywhere, and the removal tutorials say to remove the windows experience pack, which breaks the computer.
How can I make this pile of garbage crawl back into the pit of hell from where it came?

Yes it does.  If an app exists on my computer then it should appear in the "manage applications" section of kaspersky premium, but it doesn't.  This software I'm paying for should be protecting me but it isn't, as proven by my app history.

I'm asking here because kaspersky guys know what they're doing.  I have already googled it, which is what I meant by, the "tutorials".  You posted a link for the wrong operating system, so maybe you're right; I'm asking in the wrong place.

Windows 10 22H2.

I tried your TenForums suggestion.  The cmd wouldn't allow the operation.  I wish I snipped a pic of the error.  Something about "WAIT".  I dunno, but it's blocked from being changed.

My windows backup service is just called windows backup; I have had it disabled for a long time now.  I would have had no idea that it was still running if not for the task manager app history.

So since it doesn't register itself as an app, doesn't ask for permission to run, doesn't allow any uninstall or option to disable, and when its service is disabled it still runs, this is the very defintion of manevolent.  This is a trojan virus, created by microsoft, and should be treated as such.  (I just don't know what to do about it)

I tried the cmd suggestion again, to get a snip of the error.

Well well look who decided to show up to the kaspersky app manager.

I took care of business.  😐🔪

My fans are nice and quiet now.  Ah, peace and quiet.  Beautiful.
Except I also have turned off windows search from indexing and it runs the index when the computer is idle, so that was probably contributing to the fans.
