How to prevent 'Visiting an untrustworthy website has been prevented' for local network

Windows 10
Kaspersky Plus 21.14.5.462

I keep on getting this warning for my local network.  I have added the address (192.168.103.101) to the 'trusted URLs' under settings / security settings / save browsing / URL advisor and Trusted URLs and it still initially blocks the connection.  I have tried turniing save browsing off (still blocks).

Where / how do I disable this warning for sites that I trust?

@TJP

Can you please check the Kaspersky reports and post a screenshot from the warning.

Try adding in Intrusion Prevention module, in Your browser Rules -> Exclusions, an exclusion.

This would be an example for FireFox:

Add the local IP, and Save the rule.

I couldn't see how to do intrusion prevention adjustments in Chrome.  To be clear, this isn't a chrome thing.  It is not chrome that is stopping these sites from loading, it is kaspersky plus.

I am still seeing this issue with Kaspersky Plus saying 'visiting an untrusted website has been prevented'.  I have the website in question in the Trusted URLs section of the safe browsing settings.  How to I get kaspersky plus to actually pay attention to its own settings?

I think already explained in my previous post:

Type Chrome in top right search option:

Mouse right click button over Chrome.exe -> Details and rules:
