How to prevent disabling GPS location

Hi to everyone.

 

I have this question because my children are too smart and they disable the GPS location. This is a very harm issue. How can I prevent disabling action in Android? I have installed Kaspersky Safe Kids in trial mode, but simply can't block the disabling action.

1. Android name & version - in phone Settings, select About or About phone? 
2. Which options have you tried to stop the children disabling GPS? 
3. How old are the children please?
