How to prevent an application to connect to internet from server console ?

I am trying to ban some application in domain clients PCs . 

Problem is any config that I set in "server console" won't apply on target devices!

This is step that I have tried to do this desire:

 

But on target device not applied and the application is still in Trusted profile! :

 

Do I miss something ?!

You have to configure it from Application Control section, not from firewall section.

Solved! , I Wonder why granted  access the clients to "Add/Remove/Edit" to its Firewall has to active the modification from server side! But checking the Firewall won't do this! it not make sense! I like to report it as a bug or wishlist.
