How to locate lost device?

Hello my child has lost his mobile, GPS is also not on. Safekids has been installed in his device. Somebody help me to locate his mobile.

1. Try https://www.google.com/android/find
2. If the device is an android and your child has a Google account on the device, use Find, lock, or erase a lost Android device.
3. Does the mobile have other Kaspersky software installed? For example Kaspersky Internet Security? IF "yes", use Lock & Locate
