How to identify external IP address of remote connected machines

Does anyone know if there’s a way to identify the external IP address of machines that are remotely connected to Security Center?

Do you mean external ip of devices, and the devices are in which Kaspersky is installed?

I’m not sure what you mean.

When devices are connected to Kaspersky Security Center from out of office I’d like to know from which external IP address they are connecting.

I understood your concern. Check if this help,

Go to your KSC and devices section where you can see your devices listed. Follow below

Then select the list in column

Arrange them as you please using up and down option on your right. And select OK.
