  2. What is the error - post a full screen screen-print - hide personal information like email address & activation code - before posting, please?

?IF the Region needs to be changed, only Kaspersky Technical can do the change?

  1. Have you just recently created (your) MyKaspersky account? 
  2. In (your) MyKaspersky, Account Settings, which Region, is set?
  3. When the MyKaspersky account was created, did you add a mobile number with a prefix 61
  4. Have you selected the ? next to the 'Not supported in your region' - what does it show? 
  5. When you select Manage subscription, what shows? 
  • Please contact Kaspersky support, on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Activation & License issues, Other template, in the problem details, provide a detailed history of the issue. 

Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?
