How to block users from installing programs in their PC through KSC

Dear Kaspersky Community 

We want to apply KSC's restriction policy. As a result, whenever any user connected to KSC attempts to install or download any new software/application, the system should either: Ask for admin permission before allowing the installation, or prompt for a password (admin password) if they attempt to install without permission, or it displays a message that it is being blocked by Kaspersky. How can it be done?
