How to block kids going to social media sites like hangout, snapchat, messenger or instagram?

• In Application monitoring add exclusions for: 

snapchat.com & change status to Forbidden

messenger.com & change status to Forbidden 

instagram.com & change status to Forbidden 

hangouts.google.com & change status to Forbidden 

We’d also recommend adding facebook.com & change status to Forbidden

• In Internet, Web activity monitoring, add exclusions for: 

messenger.com & change status to Forbidden 

instagram.com & change status to Forbidden 

hangouts.google.com & change status to Forbidden 

facebook.com & change status to Forbidden 

 

 

We also recommend adding exclusions for:

• Settings
• Google Play Store
• Depending on the device your child uses, add exclusions for other proprietary software stores, for example Windows, Huawei, Samsung etc. 
• Make sure there are no other browsers being used other than Google Chrome & or the native browser shipped with the phone.
• Make sure no VPN software has been installed.
