How to block download applications and specific web domain

Hi, much appreciated if you could advise on the following:

1. how do I block my kids from downloading applications from the web?
2. is there any way to block all websites which have specific domain (e.g. ???.io)?

1. What type of device does your child have: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS? 
2. Re “Block by domain name”, not with KSK, however, depending on (your) router, you may be able to set domain filtering rules or use something like OpenDns. 
3. May we know your child’s birth year please?
