how to add web url to trusted zone, blocked as “ Heuristic Analysis” [Closed]

Hi

I use web based accounting programme and has been  working for a long time without any problems on my computer. Today, when I start to log payment to invoice , URL is blocked stating reason as  “ Heuristic Analysis” . programme opens ok.

How do I add this URL to trusted zone

Welcome!

Open Kaspersky application, select Settings⚙ , select Protection, select Web Anti-Virus settings, in Web Anti-Virus Settings window, select Advanced Settings of Web Anti-Virus, select Configure Trusted URLs, in Trusted URLs window add web address, status Active, select Add.

Please post back if the exclusion does not work?

Thank you for the guidance a as to how to add a Trusted URL.

Unfortunately this did not work. I double checked the URL that I added and made certain I did not repeat “https://” . Do you have any other suggestions?

In additional to what @FLOOD said, Do you try to add the site domain name ( not the detail url ) to the Trusted URL ?

For example: You want to exclude the detection for this topic

https://community.kaspersky.com/kaspersky-internet-security-13/how-to-add-web-url-to-trusted-zone-blocked-as-heuristic-analysis-6769

You try to add “ community.kaspersky.com/* ” without quote to the Trusted URL.
