How to Activate Vulnerability and Patch Management License with KESB Select

We have a KESB Select License, and now we want a ability of Vulnerability Assessment and Patch Management (VAPM). How can I buy it as an addon and activate it in KSC? Will adding the VAPM key file work? Please assist.
