How remove virus $recycle.bin and _syncapp from external drives?

How remove virus $recycle.bin and _syncapp ??? Kapesrky didn't detect in my two external drives. Now my two external drives and my pc has infected. Help-me!

 

Both viruses appear in hidden folders on external drives. $recycle.bin immediately appears at position H: /. _syncapp appears as a hidden folder within a non-hidden folder that is part of a backup of my pc.

$recycle.bin is a standard Windows system folder. What makes you think it is a virus?

What is the "_SYNCAPP" folder that has appeared on my drives?

This folder contains the synchronization database that is required for proper algorithm function without user assistance.
