Sign into (your) MyKaspersky account & confirm the License is saved in the Subscriptions tab: https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/portal/pages/licenses? *After* the PC has been formatted & Kaspersky has been *reinstalled* (you) *must* sign into the Kaspersky Plus *application* so it *synchronises* with the License in (your) MyKaspersky account: Thank you?
