How long does it take to block / unblock sites?

I raised this topic earlier, and have also logged a ticket with support but so far they are not much help.

I want to know from other users, are you able to block/unblock website at will, and changes are instantly (or maybe 5/10 mins) take effect on your Childs device? (windows 10 laptops my kids have).

I have been working around this for 6 months.  I will be looking for a different software if this is not resolved soon.  Thanks.

1. What’s the hold up with support, why have they not been able to help → please provide details so we don’t duplicate their work? 
2. Which KSK version & patch(x), is installed on the laptops, on the Windows taskbar, or hidden icons, rightclick the KSK icon, select About? 
3. Is it still YouTube you’re wishing to block? 
4. When you apply the block or unblock, do you also use the Sync function?
