How long can i suppress the automatic renew of my license?

My license will expire on decembre 22 and i want dont want to renew it, i dont find anywhere myKaspersky the place to prevent automatic renew.

I tried to get help from onlnie support but it seem impossible to have a conversation of more the one line with them.

Welcome!

  1. The option to cancel automatic renew in (your) MyKaspersky account, is *only* available, if, when you originally purchased the Kaspersky software license, you did it thru (your) MyKaspersky account. 
  2. Why is it impossible to have only full conversation with the Online chat team, what is the trouble that's stopping the conversation? 
  3. Post the incident reference number please, it begins with INC000?
  4. The Community can give you information about getting the auto-renewal cancelled, but it's the Kaspersky support team *only* who can actually do the work & cancel the auto-renewal for you; that cannot be done by the Community.

Thanks for the answer.

So it is normal that there is no place on myKaspersky to desactivate automatic renew since i purshased it online?

If so, is it too late for me to do so? Because i dont want to renew it? Or as long as it didnt expire i can stop the subscribtion? 

I tried to contact the online chat team but got a mail with incident INC000014808655, the person responding gave me a link to a 50% reduction but it is seems like it is no more working anyway. However that was because i was asking as my first question why it was so expensive 129.99£.

After that i tried to ask how to remove automatic renew and if i could do it but got no answer, i retried the chat but recieved another mail giving a phone number  01 41 39 87 61 which i laready saw before and is not working. I live in french part of Switzerland and it seems this phone is for France i guess. I'am wondering if there is a way to call from Switzerland but i only speak french or english.

  1. Yes, it's normal: Kaspersky's Total Security (KTS) & other v21.3 software *auto-renew* can be set when the customer buys the software OR if (KTS) was purchased online, but not directly thru (your) MyKaspersky portal, there will be no *auto-renew* option *visible* in your MyKaspersky account.  
  2. The subscription can be stopped if it has not expired, but you need Kaspersky support to assist.

  4. https://support.kaspersky.com/fr/b2c/CH - Switzerland, French, has Email & Phone support, in French - we're confirming the number - please patiently wait?

  6. Thank you for the incident reference, a Kaspersky team member is looking at the problem, please patiently wait for their response?

The number 01 41 39 87 61 is not valid, i try to call them by mobile phone, maybe i should change something like a calling code?

As for the mail as i said, i recieved a mail of support team member, but they didn't offer a satisfactory answer, a link to a promotion that dont seem to work anymore and they explained the price issue but when i responded asking about delete automatic renew i got no further answer.

I went throught the request help again via the link you sent me https://support.kaspersky.com/fr/b2c/CH and got another now INC000014811235 i'am waiting hoping i will get some help there.
