How do I stop Kaspersky from doing this? ( Audio issues )

When I play games or open some specific applications that use a mic Kaspersky will tell me that they're using mic, but when that happens the all audio gets ruined it sounds far away and distorted, how can I stop this from happening?

I attached a picture of the mic notification and as soon as that shows up the audio gets ruined, sometimes if I click the X then it stays normal but not always, today it happened I clicked x and the audio was fine then at some point later I think when I click E ( not always ) it distorts the audio.

Have you tried turning off the webcam and microphone protection in Kaspersky settings?

Oh I didn't see that option the app has so many different settings, I turned it off hopefully it stops now.

Alternatively, instead of disable completely WebCam and Mic protection, which is a very radical workaround, You may try to add that music app to -> Specify Trusted Applications, and enable some of those options / ticks -> Save:
