How do I permanently disable the option that automaticly updates all my installed software?

I dont have it set to English, so I don't know what its called, directly translated it be Performance> Software Updating Instrument, Id just like it to stop ever updating my installed software. Cant find the "PERMANENTLY DISABLE" option. Please help

 

P.S. if it cant be permanently disabled how do I add software to the EXCLUSION list?! its not intuitive, and it makes no sense!

In Performance - App Updater, App Updater Settings - toggle OFF - both options, then confirm (your) selection in the screens that follow:

tried it, didnt work, guess I got to file a support ticket after all, oh joy!
