I'm new and I'm analyzing access to a specific website.

When I access this website to perform an electronic signature, the page is completely disconfigured.

How can I perform a diagnosis and identify the problem?

I haven't got your query , do you meant how to whitelist a blocked website by kaspersky ...!!!

I am adding a login screen to d4sign with Kaspersky active.

The second screen is when I disable KASpersky.

This is due to , kaspersky is blocking some js scripts form loading , it is not dicrectly blocking the website , i think web threat protection may block js script from loading , you may whitelist this website if you want .

I have added the website to the Web Threat Protection list so that it will not be blocked.

I will run some tests.

Is there a log I can consult?
