You can't use USA servers, are banned... maybe You can use servers of other countries, but not servers from USA.

I need that location badly is there any solution . I know it's banned.

1. Also, It looks as if (you're) trying to access USA San Jose using a mobile device - have (you) tried using another device?
2. Can (you) access any other USA remote virtual locations? 
3. What is the *actual* error (you) see when accessing USA SAN JOSE? Post a screen-print please? 
4. As far as we understand from Kaspersky's @Danila T., Kaspersky's VPN is not banned in the US. 
5. Kaspersky VPN is not listed in: Guide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States. 
6. The source company for the Kaspersky VPN is Pango; Pango are located outside of the USA. 
7. Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/us/b2c/us#contacts  - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*. Support may request logs, data & traces. 

• *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*                    

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
