Hi there, I've got Premium. I need to disable a simple thing it's way to interrupt web-browser traffic requests to sites whose SSL certificates it finds untrustful. I tried to add it white list it does not help, requests are still blocked and I see no option to disable that check. Many other products offer such option and it is easy to find, but not Kasperkyy...

@clernocWelcome

Try adding the website to trusted addresses, as this way Kaspersky will not analyze the specified address

Spoiler
  • Open the Kaspersky graphical interface
  • Click on the gear symbol (settings) in the lower left-hand side of the window
  • Click on → Security settings
  • Scroll down (to the bottom) and click → Network settings
  • Scroll down again (to the bottom) and click → Trusted addresses
  • In the new window, click → Add
  • In the domain box, enter the address of the website you want to include in the exclusions
  • In Status, set it to → Active
  • Click → Add
  • Click → Save
  • Click → Save

If it still doesn't work, uncheck the following box  Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages

I had disabled script injection long time ago. It is strange I do not see this option now.

Site mask and particular subdomain of this site which I used to test this option are added to trusted sites, still no luck. The only thing which actually helps is disabling of Internet security at all. But I do not think it is a solution.

@clernoc

You don't need to add masks, just add the website URL, for example: www.google.com

If not an address on your local network, could you provide the URL for Kaspersky Virus Lab analysis?

Perhaps it could be considered a false positive and if it really is, Kaspersky will stop blocking it.

I am a developer. I need masks since I use multiple subdomains in this project. It looks like this *.<IP>.nip.io I also added on the domains domain.<ip>.nip.io . What I don't understand why it is so hard to do normal interface with a clear option 'check web-sites certificate validity'

@clernoc

I understand your situation.

But perhaps adding the domains and subdomains to the list of trusted addresses could solve the problem?

Still, I ask that you contact technical support in these cases → Technical Support
