How can I ban Cliets from installing or use of AnyDesk on Windows via Kaspersky Endpoint Center?

Is there any settings in the management console not to allow windows users be able to install AnyDesk (and similar applicatoins), or blocking it if it was installed?

What product do you have ? Kaspersky Security Center or Kaspersky KES Cloud ?

It’s KSC.

You can use Application Control to block the .exe install file for example.

If the application is already installed, you can block the exe file.

What about all remote applications as in AnyDesk, GetScreen, TeamViewer, etc.? How we can ban Clients from installing/Using this kind of software?

 

Note: RDP should be allowed since it’s the way users are connected to their VM (Windows Machines).
