HIP component blocking VoIP

Our Kaspersky Security Center Host Intrusion Prevention is blocking calls from the IMF Softfone VoIP application, despite having defined exclusions. Interestingly, no related events appear in the console. However, when the Host Intrusion Prevention component is deactivated, the application resumes normal operation for clients. Any idea what might be causing this?
