Hi, today 26th Nov. I purchased the premium lience and while order was processeing It took 2 hours and the page of order confirmation keeps loading. I ended up closing the Web-browser and I check my email. I didn't received any lisence and no it showed any license in my Kaspersky account. The Bank transaction was made the amount was deducted from my account but I didn't received any order on my email. 

I purchased the order on *****@*****.tld. I live in Pakistan. 

 

 

 

Finally the order was received. God.. you guys need to improve the payment system and transcaton systems.

I got the order recipt but I didn't receive any activation code or license. What is the next steps?

Welcome!

  1. Read: I paid for an activation code but didn't receive it - note - no Activation code is sent by Kaspersky if the software license if purchased from their site - read *all* of the documentation *carefully
  2. The license activates upon successful payment. 
  3. Download the software from your MyKaspersky account. 
  4. Sign-into the Kaspersky Premium *application* with the same email address (you) used to purchase the subscription so the application & the subscription *synchronise*. 
  5. Any problems, log a request with: Kaspersky Customer Service https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts-> select Email, then fill in the template as shown &  provide a *detailed-history* please:  image.thumb.png.980a519f27e5e9ce44bcf4ee30bfae4a.png

*Note: do not select the AI-bot to log the case*
