Help with making an exclusion for site

Hi,

Within the company, there's an internal network run through Radmin VPN. 

In order to access a supply control software, the users need to go an IP and every time there's a sign which says that the domain is not trusted. 

I have tried adding this IP (which is different from the main network) on the web and network exclusion shields to no avail. Everytime the PCs are turned off, the next time they are turned on, the same message is shown. Where should I add this exclusion?

try adding the remote host address to network connection check exceptions (self-signed certificate warning)
