Hello people! I'm trying to set up email notification in KES 11, but it's giving error: email message has not been sent! I've tried it with my Office 365 corporate account, Office 365 personal account, and my yahoo personal account, and it doesn't work! Could someone help me please? Thanks!

Follows the error attached! As I said, I already tested it with Office 365 and yahoo, and it presents the same error! Thanks for listening!

Starting from KSC10SP1 version KSC supports the following authentication algorithms:
  1. LOGIN
  2. PLAIN
  3. CRAM_MD5
  4. DIGEST_MD5
  5. GSSAPI
  6. NTLM
Could you please confirm that e-mail providers you use supports listed algorithms? If yes, please collect admin server traces during e-mail sending attempt. Thank you!

i have the same issue with my devices and try many email address and have the same issue
