Help - cannot delete safe kids profile from iphone

I am trying to remove safe kids profile from my daughters iPhone. Following all steps I am provided with a 4 figure code from Kapersky to remove.

 

the iPhone is asking for a 6 figure code and so the 4 figure code provided is not recognised.

Welcome! 

  1. When KSK was installed, was a passcode set, on the iOS device, in Restrictions, to stop KSK being deleted? 
  2. Is KSK Premium or Free?
