Hi, I have been using Kaspersky for years, specifically total security for the past 4 or 5 years on a few of my PC's. I purchased Premium recently as my licenses were going to expire but when I try download it I am only getting the russian language version. When I log into My Kaspersy it is showing my region as Russia. I live in South Africa and I have never changed or set my region. It won't allow me to change it and I can't get through to support. Please help

Where did You get the new licenses of KPremium?

In My Kaspersky site, You can change the language on top right.

 

Also, on top right, clicking over Your user / email account -> Manage account, You can contact to K. Support to change country region.

Hi I managed to speak to an Agent now who is helping me. I am not given the option to change my region and it says to contact support. I purchases my license from Kaspersky through the official agent. Hopefully my issue is now resolved
