1. Does the same problem happen in every browser → Edge Chromium, FireFox, Chrome? 
2. Do all other Korean zip codes work →  is it just Guro that does not work?
3. Does 구로구 populate automatically?
4. Is the entire form in Korean or English? 
5. Is there any anti-virus software installed → “yes”, what happens if it’s not running?
