Hardware Virtualisation Issue

Hello guys , 

can somebody help me to fix that?

I have Win 11-64bit pro last update 22H2 and KTS 21.3.10.391 J and protection using hardware virtualisation is not working.

in bios is VT-x enabled...even in windows i enabled everything inc. Hypervisor , Hyper-V ,Virtualisation....i tried to disable memory insulation.

Still some incompatible hardware or software....i think is software issue /new win update enabled some stuff and i need to disable it in registry....

Any idea what is wrong?

Also, Hyper-V (Microsoft's Hypervisor), Windows Hypervisor Platform & Virtual Machine Platform - should all be unchecked, disabled - reboot, start KTS, recheck?

Also, our previous reply has been blocked, we've reported it, to ask for it to be released, when the Moderators/Admin, have time - the information from @Igor Kurzin, for App & browser control, those features should also not be enabled.

1. Re HV - post individual images, those combined images are impossible to work with!
2. Re Smart App CTL - select / open, then post full screen - single - individual image -> of the Smart app ctl screen please?

Sorry to necro the thread, but recently (i.e. after recent windows "update") my Kasp started showing the same symptoms. (I already checked that the core isolation memory integrity option is unchecked)
I begin to wonder if it is actually related to installing wsl, which shows a requirement: Virtual Machine Platform

If that's not compatible, there doesn't seem to be a simple solution. ?

2. Kaspersky name, version & patch(x)?
3. If we understand you correctly, we think this matches: Possible reasons why the protection through hardware virtualization does not work, a third-party hypervisor is running.

Kind of annoying there isn't anything in the app to get version info, or a way to copy/paste.

The tray icon has an "about" selection on the menu, but no way to copy the text from any of it.
