Handhold Scanner detect as a unknown keyboard

Hello Everybody,

In a market place handhold scanner for bar-code scanning  are used where in PCs have Kaspersky Endpoint 11.  from few days back, while connecting Barcode scanner in a PC, then there showing virtual keypad to ensure the key press!

If the KES uninstalled and then connect the Barcode scanner and again the KES 11 installed then the scanner is working.

How to make all these scanner work well from KSC11?

The KES version is 11.0.0.6499

The KSC is 11.

Exactly from where I have to do some tuning for the Honeywell handhold scanner?
